KickFit is open to anyone 16 years or older, men and women, and any experience level. We combine body weight exercises like push-ups and sit-ups; basic hand and foot striking like kicks, punches, knees, & elbows; and movement drills like ducking and weaving. Each class is made to take you to the highest levels of fitness you can reach. And best of all, it doesn’t matter where you’re starting from…it only matters where you want to go! Our class is open to any skill level, age, and level of fitness.

Our classes last 55 minutes, starting with a warm-up and stretching, then moving into striking drills, body weight movements, and cardio conditioning. In a single hour you’ll burn anywhere from 600 to 900 calories, improve your cardio, get stronger, and learn new skills.
