Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What do I get with the kickboxing deal?
You get unlimited kickboxing classes for 4 weeks from the date of your first class. It cannot be used for any other classes.

What do I get with the CrossFit 10 Class deal?
You get 10 CrossFit classes, all of which must be used within 60 days of your first class.

What do I get with the 30 Day Challenge deal?
A one hour workshop at the beginning and end of the 30 days, body composition testing, a 50-page logbook that covers all your training and nutrition while you’re doing the challenge, and 20 classes.

When does the Groupon expire?
90 days after purchase, so get in sooner rather than later!

What happens if I don’t redeem before 90 days?
You can still use the amount you paid to Groupon ($39, $49 or $99) towards another purchase with us, such as regular memberships at regular rates (you will receive a credit equal to what you paid). Or you can pursue a refund with Groupon.

How long do I have to take all my classes once I redeem?
60 days for both the class pack and body challenge; 4 weeks for the kickboxing deal. Countdown starts on you first class day.

What happens if I don’t take all of my classes before the 60 days are up?
You lose your classes.

Why do I have to do the intro workshop?
Because the foundation of good fitness is knowledge and practice. Because you don’t want to get hurt, and you want to maximize your time with us. Because it gives us a chance to meet you and address any concerns before classes start.

When is the intro workshop?
Body Challenge intake is on Saturday’s at 1:00 PM, and typically lasts 60-90 minutes.

What if I can’t do a pull up?
That’s okay! About 80% of new members can’t do a pull-up at all. We have ways of handling that and other training concerns over time.

Won’t squats hurt my knees?
If you do them wrong, almost definitely! That’s why we have you do the intro workshop.

Kipping Pull-ups are cheating.
That’s not a question, and no, they’re just not Strict Pull-ups. They’re different moves. We’ll talk about that later!

When are we going to do Abs? Cardio? Thighs? Butt? Back?
All the time. Come in and train with us; it’ll all make sense!
