What can a personal trainer do for me?

Personal training with CFC will help you avoid the three common reasons why you keep failing at meeting your fitness goals on your own:1. Not having the knowledge of how to put a complete program together2. Not having a workable plan of action that integrates all components required for your success3. Not having the support system required to make the lifestyle changes necessary to not only achieve your goals, but also maintain them for life.

What if I don’t like exercising in a group?

No problem! We can schedule you during non-class hours so that it’s just you and your trainer!

I ‘m a total beginner and don’t know much about working out – Can I still train with you?

Of course! Your private sessions will begin with a diagnostic assessment of where you are now and where you want to be. Your trainer will go over your current level of knowledge, strength, and conditioning, then make a plan to help you fill in the blanks and work towards your goals.

What kind of nutritional programs do you have?

Getting in the best shape of your life is 20% perspiration and 80% mastication! Our private training programs include a full suite of nutrition guidance:– Food Journals– Recipe and Food Choice Guides– Assistance Calculating Your Calories and Macros– Bi-weekly Nutrition Review during your sessions to ensure you’re meeting your needs.

I’m not a body builder or competitive athlete. Why would I use a personal trainer?

Ask yourself this: are athletes the only people who benefit from having great health and wellness? Of course not!A personal trainer can help you along the road of competitive athletics, if that’s what you want, but most of our clients are everyday, average people who want help getting in better shape.If you want to be healthier, live longer, and have a better quality of life, a personal trainer is a great resource to make that happen!

I have a pre-existing condition. Can I still use a personal trainer?

Yes! We’ll do an initial assessment to determine your limitations, and then make a plan that either works around them (for something that can’t be helped) or helps you become stronger in the area that limits you. Common pre-existing conditions we work with include muscle weakness, eating disorders, surgery rehabilitation, and joint rehabilitation. Whatever your concerns, we’ll be happy to discuss how we can help.

I’m really busy. Does this take up a lot of time?

Our typical client commits to 3 hours per week – or less than 2% of your entire week! – to training with us. We make the scheduling – and sometimes even the location – flexible to best fit your needs. Early morning, mid-day or evening – whatever works for you, we can help!
