CrossFit is like no other fitness program. It does not focus solely on endurance, strength, or skill, but promotes development of all three to provide the best General Physical Preparedness possible. We train a variety of movements from simple (squats, push-ups) to complex (barbell snatches, overhead squats) and perform varying patterns of exercises (for speed, time, and/or reps) in order to develop the various energy production systems in the body while also building dynamic strength. CrossFit is about the whole body.
CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program that is specifically designed for kids, helping them cultivate a lifelong love of fitness. In group settings, children participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and promote well-rounded athleticism.
Tae Kwon Do Martial Arts
This is martial arts evolved. Our TKD program blends physical conditioning with classical martial arts techniques. You will learn various kicks, hand strikes, blocks, stances, and self-defense all the while developing the strength and endurance to use them if necessary. The class is great for kids and adults, developing the basic tenets of Right Action: Courtesy, Integrity, Perseverance, Self Control, and Indomitable Spirit.
