The class is open to anyone 16 years or older, men and women, of any experience level. We combine body weight exercises like push-ups and sit-ups; basic hand and foot striking like kicks, punches, knees, & elbows; and movement drills like ducking and weaving.

Our coaches take the time to make sure you have the correct technique, so you get the best workout at the best intensity, safely and effectively.

Our classes last 60 minutes, starting with a warm-up and stretching, then moving into striking drills, body weight movements, and cardio conditioning.
In a single hour our athletes burn anywhere from 500 to 900 calories, improve their cardio, get stronger, and learn new skills.
