Bio…

Chris has been doing CrossFit for three years and has coached for about one, he also is a level 1 trainer in both Army Combatives and Krav Maga. He fell in love with CrossFit as a way to stay in shape after transitioning out of the Army. His favorite aspect of CrossFit is it’s functionality and applicability to real life situations. Chris is currently working on his M.S. in human centered computing and is a teacher’s assistant for programming Python at UMBC.
