Warm-up (10-15 min):

-24 Single Under
-24 Double Under
-16 Jumping Jacks
-8 each: Squat, Push-up, Pull-up, Sit-up
-60s Static Holds (varies by day)
-Stretch

WOD:

Strength:

Press 1RM

Met Con:

5 Team Rounds
-Tire Flip (1-2-3-4-5 reps)
-CTD Push-up (max reps)

Method:
-Each team will go through 5 rounds
-Each member must flip the tire 1x in round 1, 2x in round 2, etc
-After their Tire Flips, each member completes AMRAP of Push-ups for the remaining round
-Score: Time & Push-ups completed
