-4x Hang Power Clean (95/65#)
-3x Weighted Pull-up (20/10#)
-4x Hang Snatch (65/45#)
-5x Sit-up

Notes:
-Four minute EMOM cycle
-Perform ONE exercise every minute on the minute
-Begin with HPC and continue down the list
