Snatch and Work Complex
1. Do the following sets, in order
2. Snatch weight and Work Rounds increase each set
3. If Rx’d weight is less than the bar, do the bar instead

Set 1:
-5x Snatch (50% BW)
-1 round: 4x CTD Push-up, 4x Air Squat, 4x Spiderman Push-up

Set 2:
-5x Snatch (50% BW)
-2 rounds: 4x CTD Push-up, 4x Air Squat, 4x Spiderman Push-up

Set 3:
-5x Snatch (60% BW)
-3 rounds: 4x CTD Push-up, 4x Air Squat, 4x Spiderman Push-up

Set 4:
-5x Snatch (60% BW)
-4 rounds: 4x CTD Push-up, 4x Air Squat, 4x Spiderman Push-up

Set 5:
-5x Snatch (70% BW)
-5 rounds: 4x CTD Push-up, 4x Air Squat, 4x Spiderman Push-up
