Max Test: Clean
-Start at 25% of body weight, perform 3 reps
-Add 10% of body weight, perform 3 reps
-Repeat until you reach Max OR you hit 100% body weight
-Perform at least 5 sets (if you reach max before 5 sets, scale to complete 5)
