3/7/2014 – Strength Day

In celebration of the CrossFit Games (or as I like to think of it, the Olympics As They Should Have Been Because Shuffle Board Is Not A Real Sport, “OATSHBBSBINARS” for short) we’re using the 14.2 WOD schema today!

Every 3 Minutes on the Minute (E3MOM)…

  • 4 Cleans (95/65#)
  • 4 Squats
  • 4 Wall Balls

Progression…

  • Add 1 rep to each each successive set
  • If you cannot finish a set in the time limit, you may either…
    • End the workout
    • Take a rest set and continue at your count next round
  • Complete at least 5 rounds of work

First 3 rounds…

Minutes 0:00-2:59
-4 Cleans (95/65#)
-4 Squats
-4 Wall Balls

Minutes 3:00-5:59
-5 Cleans (95/65#)
-5 Squats
-5 Wall Balls

Minutes 6:00-8:59
-6 Cleans (95/65#)
-6 Squats
-6 Wall Balls
