WOD 1
-Hang Snatch 4×5
-4 sets of 5 reps each
-Male #: 45/65/85/105
-Female #: 30/45/60/75

WOD 2
5 rounds…
-3x Kettlebell Turkish Get-up (per arm)
-8x Strict Pull-up
-5x Javelin Press (per arm)

WOD 3
Group WOD
-One athlete does Farmer Carry at 100% for 6 laps
-All other athletes do Double Under AMRAP during FC time (incl. weight change)
-Circuit through all athletes 3x (1-3 atheletes), 2x (4-6 athletes), or 1x (7-10 athletes)
-Split into multiple groups at classes > 10
