-This combines the “Every Minute on the Minute” and “Ladder” formats, performing a 5 step ladder every 3 minutes.
-Set the timer for five, 3-minute rounds.
-You will complete the 5-step ladder every 3 minutes, for five total rounds.
-If you don’t finish the ladder in 3 minutes, do 5 bonus burpees at the start of the next 3 minutes before the ladder. 🙂
