6/14/2014 – Challenge Day

Team WOD
-Row (1 cal = 1 rep)
-Standard Deadlift (180/135#)
-Mountain Climber
-Box Jump (24″/20″)
-Wall Ball Standard (20/14#)

Goal: 2,500 reps total

Rules:
1. All team members must do all movements for at least 15 reps/movement
2. At least one athlete must be on each station at all times
3. Athletes switch stations every 3 minutes (or sooner)
4. Running score = total reps completed by all athletes on all movements
5. Workout ends when goal reps are met

Note: Goal reps may be adjusted based on class size.

June Challenge WOD – Week 2 (6/9/2014 – 6/14/2014):

-3 sets of 6: Deadlift (65% 1RM)
-3 sets of 6: Back Squat (65% 1RM)
-3 sets of 6: Push-up (Strict, +10% Bodyweight)

Challenge Participants: Please complete and track results three times during the week, with at least one rest day between completions.
