-Kettlebell Turkish Get-up [per arm] (16/12kg)
-Mountain Climber
-Towel Pull-up
-Spiderman Push-up

Note: Turkish Get-ups are done at half the reps per round per arm, rounded down, minimum 1 rep per round. E.g. in Round 6 you do 3 KTGU per arm, and in round 9 you do 4 KTGU per arm.

-3 sets of 8: Deadlift (85% 1RM)
-3 sets of 8: Back Squat (85% 1RM)
-3 sets of 8: Push-up (Strict, +30% Bodyweight)

Challenge Participants: Please complete and track results three times during the week, with at least one rest day between completions.
