Individual WOD:

6 rounds
-6x Hang Power Clean + Front Squat Complex (95/65#)
-5x Jump Switch Lunge [per leg]
-4x Handstand Push-up

Team WOD:

Goal: 100 reps total per athlete, split any way
-25% Farmer Carry (1 rep = 40 meters)
-25% Spiderman Push-up (two-count)
-25% Knees to Elbows
-25% Dip
